Why open BT To Go, when my Restaurant BT, is just a few blocks down on MacDill? I have so many of my guests coming in at night at Restaurant BT requesting lunch items that were previously available during the day at BT. Now with Restaurant BT exclusively offering dinner service, BT To Go is designed to accommodate so many of my friends who wanted “To Go” items or wanted to stop in for a "Quick Bite". BT To Go is the spot to pick up ready made meals as well as hot, made to order dishes all day. My restaurant challenge; design a restaurant that is casual, has delicious food, is healthy and economical as well. A place where you can relax or just take-out, and we can bring your order right to your car.
